This folder must be located in the same folder as the Etchelon Tracer application in order to allow Text entry.
Text letters and numbers are stored in "export" file format.
Further character can be added by drawing them in Tracer (moving the character into the top left of the window) - the characters occupy a space100 pixels high - and saving them as "exported frames" to this folder with the name "Tracer *" where * is the character. Lower case letters should have the filename "Lowercase A", if A is the character.
Tracer files "Letters" and "Numbers and Symbols" can provide a base for further characters and fonts.
(Note the limitations of the "filled shape algorithm" - these limitations are best understood by example - load the "Numbers and Symbols" and change frames until you find the "@" character. Attempt to make the character a filled shape selecting the shape and using the Apple-Y command... From this you'll appreciate the limitations of the "filled shape algorithm" which is designed for speed rather than convoluted shapes).
